Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to delivering your football jerseys promptly and ensuring a smooth delivery experience. Please review our Shipping/Delivery Policy for all the details about our delivery process within Qatar.
We currently offer delivery services within Qatar only. Whether you're located in Doha or outside of Doha, we will ensure your order reaches you directly.
Working Hours: We operate from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week. Orders placed during these hours will be processed promptly.
Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days, depending on the availability of the product in stock. If the item is available in our warehouse, we aim to ship it within 1-2 business days. If the item is not immediately available, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
Standard Delivery: Delivery within Qatar typically takes between 1 to 5 business days after the order is processed, depending on the availability of the product and your location.
Expedited Delivery: If you need faster delivery, please contact us at kitstop.qa@gmail.com to inquire about expedited shipping options. Additional charges may apply.
Delivery Fee for Doha: For orders within Doha, the delivery fee is 20 QAR.
Delivery Fee for Areas Outside Doha: For orders outside of Doha, the delivery fee is 30 QAR.
Free Delivery: Unfortunately, we do not offer free delivery at this time, but we strive to provide competitive rates for both local and regional deliveries.
Delivery Method: We partner with reliable local delivery services to ensure timely delivery. Deliveries are handled by professional couriers.
Delivery Confirmation: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking information (if available) and an estimated delivery date.
Receiving the Package: Please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery at the provided address during business hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). If no one is available, the courier may attempt a second delivery or arrange a pickup, depending on the delivery service’s policy.
Correct Address: Please provide an accurate and complete address when placing your order to avoid delays or issues with delivery.
Address Changes: If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been processed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. You can use this information to monitor your delivery’s status. If you do not receive tracking information, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.
If you experience any issues with your delivery (e.g., delays, missing items, or damaged goods), please contact us immediately at kitstop.qa@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items: If your football jersey arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the condition of the item.
Lost Packages: If your package is lost during delivery, we will initiate an investigation with the delivery provider. We will either replace the lost item or offer a full refund if the issue is not resolved.
Availability for Delivery: Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address during delivery hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM) to receive the package. Multiple delivery attempts may incur additional fees if the package is not collected.
Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the delivery may be delayed. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply to reroute or reship the order.

Unworn and Unwashed Items: Refunds are only available for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. The product must have all original tags and packaging intact.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a full refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide photos of the issue.
Incorrect Items: If the item delivered is incorrect (e.g., wrong size, design, or color), we will offer a full refund or exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Return Location: Since we do not have a physical store, returns must be arranged locally within Qatar. We will guide you on how to send the item back to our processing center. You may be required to use a local delivery service at your own expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Condition of Return: All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Worn, washed, or altered items are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, or cash on delivery, if applicable).
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Non-refundable Items: Custom-printed or personalized jerseys are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Exchange Eligibility: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or design, you can arrange an exchange through our return process. The item must be in unused, unwashed condition.
Exchange Process: Exchanges will be processed after receiving the returned item. If the item is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund, depending on your preference.
